Refund policy

Updated 17 October 2026. These terms apply to Australian orders accepted by FLUX EDITION, operated by Grand Smooth Global LLC. They do not limit rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

30-day free returns

For a change of mind, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after you or your nominated recipient receives the last item in your order. We pay the return shipping cost and do not charge a restocking fee. Contact support@fluxeditionaustralia.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can give you the correct instructions. A request does not require you to give a reason. This offer is additional to, and does not replace, your rights for goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process a change-of-mind refund where the returned goods meet the terms of this offer to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund. We will explain any issue with a return and give you an opportunity to contact us.

Australian Consumer Law rights

Goods supplied to Australian consumers come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a problem, contact us at support@fluxeditionaustralia.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide the remedy required by law. Where the law provides a choice of remedy for a major failure, that choice remains yours. We cover return or assessment costs where required by law. Nothing in this policy removes or restricts a right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. See the ACCC consumer guarantees information.
