Orders

These terms apply to orders we accept for delivery to Australia. Before you place an order, review the product, selected size or variant, quantity, delivery address and total shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. The final amount payable is shown before you confirm payment. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to the consumer rights that apply by law.

Availability and product information

Products and variants are subject to availability. We use reasonable care to present product descriptions, images and prices, but contact us if you believe information is incorrect. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by law; we will not substitute another product without your agreement.

Delivery, import charges and returns

Our standard shipping to Australia is free, and we undertake delivery within 7 calendar days after the order is placed. Grand Smooth Global LLC is responsible for import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges for Australian orders. Our Returns and refunds policy provides free change-of-mind returns requested within 30 calendar days after receipt of the last item. Those service commitments do not limit any rights under Australian law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right applies.

Changes and contact
