Free standard shipping

Standard shipping to Australia is free, with no minimum order value. The shipping charge is AUD $0.00.

Delivery time and tracking

We undertake to deliver within 7 calendar days after an order is placed, including preparation and transport. Tracking information is provided after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within this period, contact support@fluxeditionaustralia.com with your order number. Carrier or customs delays do not remove any rights or remedies available to you.

Import charges

Grand Smooth Global LLC is responsible for import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges for Australian orders. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, contact us with the order number and charge details so we can resolve it at our expense. Do not send payment-card details by email.
